1. All transactions shall be governed by the joint applicable legal provisions of both jurisdictions, with disputes subject to international commercial arbitration rules for resolution.

2. Artwork Compliance Declaration: All auctioned items are modern original artworks, hand‑crafted decorations and contemporary artistic creations. The platform strictly prohibits transactions involving cultural relics, antiques, protected heritage items, prohibited cultural goods or any illegal commodities under Chinese and U.S. laws.

3. Cross‑Border Shipping & Customs Liability: All artworks and complimentary gifts are shipped from China to global buyers. All international shipping fees, import duties, customs clearance fees and all related logistics costs shall be fully borne by the seller and platform. Buyers bear zero shipping, tax and customs costs. The platform shall complete all customs declaration and formal international delivery procedures to guarantee buyers receive their items smoothly.

4. Platform Liability Exclusion: This platform only provides online auction information display and matching services. It shall not be deemed as an investment advisor, financial institution or guarantor for transaction profits. All auction results, artwork authenticity evaluations and bid risks shall be borne by buyers independently.
